PATTERNS:
Due to the nature of the product, patterns are non-returnable. However, your satisfaction is the highest priority. If there is a problem with your order, contact us. Often, a solution other than a return is a better fit for your situation.

NEEDLEWORK ACCESSORIES: 
We accept returns of needlework accessories under the following conditions:
 

1.  The return must be initiated within 7 days of confirmed reciept.
    

2.  You must contact Cherry Hill Stitchery to obtain additional instructions first. Use the contact form, here.
    

3. The item you wish to return must be in new condition with original packaging unless the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect. Please note, we cannot accept returns of items with a smoke smell.
    

4. Follow instructions given to return the item.
    

5. Once we recieve and process the item at the warehouse, a refund will be issued. It can take up to 14 days to process. 
    

6. Sale and closeout items cannot be returned.
    

7. Sometimes a solution other than a return is a better fit for your situation. Your satisfaction is always the highest priority. 
    

8. Exchanges are welcome if the item is in new condition as outlined above. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with an exchange. Shipping fees are non refundable.
